Sporting a healthy set of both digital and analog interfaces, Roland's V-40HD live video switcher with multi-format capabilities allows you to match input sources to the output resolution without any extra effort thanks to individual scalers positioned for every input. An HDMI port is included for monitors and direct mixing from popular live-event cameras like video-capable DSLRs and action cameras like GoPro units. The Roland V-40HD sports 12 inputs on four channels, plus background, with two scaling output buses for connecting HDMI/DVI, RGB, component and composite sources. There's support for up to 1080/60p or 1920x1200 resolutions, and the system is HDCP-compliant for mixing copy-protected content with computer and camera sources.
